SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
1. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
These specific conditions of purchase apply to the purchase of any product present on the IRENE BOZZA WEBSITE.
2. PERSONALISATION—ATELIER
Irene Bozza makes custom jewellery upon request. Please, contact hello@irenebozza.com
These pieces of custom jewellery may not be returned or exchanged in any case.
3. PARTICULARITIES OF FINE HANDICRAFT AND ONLINE PURCHASES
3.1. PARTICULARITIES OF FINE HANDICRAFT
Irene Bozza jewels are handcrafted, so no piece is identical to another. Given the unique and exclusive characteristics of each IRENE BOZZA piece of jewellery, there may be slight color differences in the gems, when comparing the photograph displayed on the web and the piece of jewellery acquired, as well as the existence of some level of porosity in the gold, as a result of the handmade artisanal technique employed in the creation of your piece.
3.2 ONLINE PURCHASES: PHOTOGRAPHS
The photographs represent, to the maximum possible level, the reality of the jewel and the color of the gem(s). However, as each mobile device, tablet or computer varies its own color calibration, small differences may occur.
Likewise, the client is hereby informed and made aware that the size of the photographs contained in the Portal does not correspond to the actual size of the IRENE BOZZA products offered. However, in many cases, the measures are indicated in the details of the photograph.
Therefore, the client is informed and made aware of these circumstances and differences, for which such differences are not a valid reason for returns.
The content of the Website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. IRENE BOZZA reserves the right to make modifications, corrections and/or improvements to the content at any time, without prior notice and without assuming any responsibility for doing so.
4. CREATING AN ORDER: PAYMENT
After having all the items in “the bag”, the next step will be to process the order and make payment. To do this, the client must follow 6 simple steps:
1. Click on “My Cart”.
2. Next, click on “Buy”.
3. Fill in and check the validity of all the contact information, your order details, and the address to which you want the order delivered.
4. Select the payment method with which you wish to make the purchase: credit card, debit card, Paypal or gift voucher, and enter the corresponding information.
5. Accept the “RETURN CONDITIONS”, the “Legal Notice” and “Privacy Policy”
6. . Confirm the purchase by clicking on “Place the order.”
The customer can make a payment using Paypal, or the Visa or MasterCard credit cards. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, you will be redirected to the screen of the virtual payment gateway/Paypal that will authorize the payment of the order
By clicking on “Pay”, the customer is confirming that the credit card is theirs.
IRENE BOZZA ensures through Redsys that the payment has been made in a secure way.
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity; if the credit entity does not authorize the payment, IRENE BOZZA will not proceed to formalize the sales contract with the client.
Payments for “ATELIER” orders shall be as follows: 70% at the beginning of the project and the balance when the piece is finished, through your account at irenebozza.com
At the end of the purchase process, you will receive an invoice via email.
5. DELIVERY: SHIPPING AND DEADLINES
As these pieces are custom-made exclusively for each customer, the stipulated time to create a piece is 3-4 calendar weeks, plus the days of delivery stipulated by the delivery agency, which will be in direct communication with the customer at all times, to allow tracking the status of your order. The delivery agency is solely responsible for shipping times.
Each piece has expressly indicated the delivery period in the “description-delivery”.
If you want to make modifications to an existing part, the required time will be agreed directly with the brand.
Sometimes, we are able to do “magic”, and your Irene Bozza jewel might be ready before the stipulated time. You can contact us at hello@irenebozza.com
If the delivery of the jewels is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you as soon as possible of this situation and will do everything we can within our possibilities.
Irene Bozza is not responsible for delays caused by customs’ clearance procedures in the destination country, or for duties and taxes incurred in the destination country.
Irene Bozza makes free national and international shipments.
The customs costs and fees of each specific country will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. PRICES
Prices of all jewels are indicated on the website, with the date in which the order was placed.
Irene Bozza reserves the right to modify the price of any jewel at any time, excluding orders that have already received a shipping confirmation order.
The prices of each jewel are detailed and include taxes and fees, except for countries outside the European Union, which are exempt from VAT, as long as the shipment is made to a country outside the European Union.
Shipping costs are assumed by Irene Bozza.
Customs’ costs and fees for each country will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a price error occurs on the web, IRENE BOZZA will inform the customer immediately of the situation and, if the customer does not agree with the price, Irene Bozza will proceed to cancel and make a full refund of the amount of the order.
IRENE BOZZA reserves the right to cancel a client’s access account if any fraudulent, speculative or bad-faith actions are detected in the use of this service.
7. VAT
The VAT is included in all items for the countries of the European Union. Outside of the EU, VAT should not be deducted, as it is not included in the price.
8. GUARANTEE
If you experience the need to repair any piece of IRENE BOZZA jewellery purchased at IRENEBOZZA.COM, please contact HELLO@IRENEBOZZA.COM. Our jewels have a guarantee period of 12 months from the date on which the jewel is ready to be sent, communicating it within a maximum period of 7 days. The guarantee only covers damage that is not caused by accidents, improper use or normal wear. IRENE BOZZA keeps a photographic record of every order before it’s shipped.
9. CUSTOMER SERVICE

10.RETURNS/CHANGES
IRENE BOZZA is a synonym of conscious fine jewellery, which encourages making informed, thoughtful decisions about the type of consumption we make.
Each piece is manufactured especially for each client upon request, and the purchase process includes prior advice to help you make your purchase with greater knowledge and help you make your purchase decision.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any made to order piece and/or discounted pieces.
Pieces that you acquire in Stock, you can return them within a maximum period of 14 business days, in the same conditions in which they were delivered, without damage or noticeable use, with the intact label. 11.GIFT CARD
The gift card is valid for one year to choose the desired item.
The amount of the gift card will not be refunded.
After the customer purchases one of the amounts of the drop-down menu and decides to which person the gift card will be sent by email, the recipient will receive an email with a code that they will have to enter in the purchase process to redeem the gift card amount. If the amount of the purchase is less than the balance of the gift card, you can reuse the code to apply the remaining balance to another purchase. In case the amount of the purchase is higher than the balance of the gift card, the balance of the gift card will be subtracted from the total amount of the purchase, and the customer will need to pay the remaining amount.
